Turkey Equity Movers: Asya Katilim, Sekerbank, Yapi Kredi GYO
Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 Index (XU100) rose 1,182.18, or 1.9 percent, to 62,483.83 at 5:30 p.m. in Istanbul.

Asya Katilim Bankasi AS (ASYAB) , a Turkish Islamic bank, surged 24 kurus, or 9.2 percent, to 2.86 liras, the biggest increase since November 2008. HSBC Holdings Plc was hired by a foreign bank to find a partner in Turkey, Reuters news wire reported today. Sekerbank TAS (SKBNK), owned by BTA Bank of Kazakhstan, increased 11 kurus, or 6.8 percent, to 1.74 liras.
Yapi Kredi Koray Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi (YKGYO) , a real estate developer, rose 16 kurus, or 8 percent, to 2.16 liras, rising the most in almost two months. The company will provide management services for 100 projects over the next five years valued at $2 billion with Koray Insaat, Star newspaper reported, citing Sinan Findikoglu, chief of the services unit established by the two companies.
