AssetCo Set to Be Taken Over by Biggest Shareholder, Times Says

AssetCo Plc, a U.K. supplier of firemen, equipment and training to the London Fire Brigade, is set to be acquired as early as this week by JO Hambro Capital Ltd., its biggest shareholder, the Sunday Times said, without saying where it got the information.
The company, which last year won a 40 million pound ($63 million) order to supply firefighters to the United Arab Emirates and runs a training center in Abu Dhabi, is valued at 46.7 million pounds, the newspaper said.
