China’s Policy to Remain Tight in 2011, Jones Lang LaSalle Says

China’s housing policy is expected to remain “tight” in 2011, according Michael Klibaner, Jones Lang LaSalle’s head of research for the country.
The government is expected to introduce a property tax in Shanghai this year, he said. Still, the impact will be minimal because the levy is expected to be low, he said.
