South Korea Confirms Flu Outbreak in Wild Birds of Southwestern Province

South Korea confirmed an outbreak of bird flu in wild birds in a southwestern region of the nation, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries said in an e-mailed statement on Dec. 7. The discovery won’t affect the nation’s poultry exports, it said.
