Low Intensity Blast in India's Varanasi Followed by Stampede, Pillai Says

A blast in the north Indian city of Varanasi was of “low intensity” and was followed by a stampede in which as many as 20 people were injured, Home Secretary Gopal K. Pillai told the Times Now television channel.
