UniCredit Appoints Nicastro General Manager, Fiorentino as Operating Chief

UniCredit SpA said it namedRoberto Nicastro as general manager and Paolo Fiorentino as chief operating officer.

Sergio Ermotti, a deputy chief executive officer, will oversee investment banking until a replacement is named, the bank said in a stock exchange statement today.
