Keio Professor Katayama May be New Communications Minister, Mainichi Says

Japanese Prime Naoto Kan may appoint Yoshihiro Katayama, a professor at Keio University, as minister for internal affairs and communications, the Mainichi newspaper reported, without citing anyone.
Kan is likely to appoint new ministers for justice, health and the environment, the report said.
Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada is likely to be appointed secretary-general of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, the report said.
