Israel Police Seize Envelopes With `White Powder' Sent to Three Embassies

Israeli police seized envelopes containing a “suspicious white powder” that were sent to the U.S., Spanish and Swedish embassies in Tel Aviv, Israel Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said.
Staff at the embassies alerted the police, who have taken the envelopes to be tested, Rosenfeld said in a phone interview. No diplomatic staff have been harmed, he said.
