China to Promote Corporate Bond Market, Open Funding, CSRC Chairman Says

China will promote the corporate bond market, Shang Fulin, chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, said in a speech in the southern city of Xiamen today.

The Asian nation aims to improve fund raising avenues for companies and promote restructuring, Shang said. China will also increase supervision of cross-border flows, he said.
