Sanjeev Bajaj Joins Credit Suisse From JM Financial as Fixed Income Head

Sanjeev Bajaj is rejoining Credit Suisse Group AG from JM Financial Ltd. as head of fixed income in India, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg News.

Bajaj will be responsible for expanding the fixed income business across trading, sales, structuring and research, the memo said. He joined this week and will be based out of Mumbai.

Adam Harper, a spokesman for Credit Suisse in Hong Kong, confirmed the contents of the memo.

Bajaj was managing director and chief executive officer of the fixed income business at JM Financial from August 2009. He was at Credit Suisse between February 1998 and August 2002.
