Rybolovlev Values Potash Producer Uralkali at $10 Billion, Vedomosti Says

OAO Uralkali’s billionaire owner Dmitry Rybolovlev values Russia’s second-largest potash maker at $10 billion, Vedomosti said, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.

That would value Rybolovlev’s 66 percent stake in Uralkali at $6.56 billion, the newspaper reported. Rybolovlev’s Madura Holding Ltd. is in preliminary talks with interested parties about the stake sale, Uralkali said in a statement yesterday.
