The World's Coolest and Largest Winter Festival

More than a million visitors are expected to attend the just-opened Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival in China's Heilongjiang province, where towers made of ice are showcased with celestial lights and ice sculptors from around the world compete for honors and prestige.
