European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs Pierre Moscovici said it would be "extremely difficult" for Europe to work with a Trump administration, France Info reported Wednesday.

"I see anti-European, protectionist sentiments," Moscovici said in an interview with France Info’s partner LCP parliamentary affairs channel. Still, if Trump becomes president, Europe will have no choice but to work with him, Moscovici added.
