China’s Ministry of Commerce is likely to approve Anheuser-Busch InBev NV’s planned merger with SABMiller Plc, according to people familiar with the matter, after the U.K. brewer hands control of Snow Beer -- the world’s No. 1 selling beer -- to China Resources Beer (Holdings) Co. SABMiller has said it will sell its 49 percent stake in China Resources Beer, which makes Snow, to joint venture partner China Resources. Chinese approval for both deals could come as soon as this month, the people said.
