The Philippine Stock Exchange Index slid below its 200-day moving average on Thursday for the first time since August amid a selloff by foreign investors in the run-up to Monday’s presidential elections. This also comes days after the benchmark equity gauge fell below the 50-day moving average. The stock measure has tumbled more than 5 percent from this year’s peak in March.
