Concerns About Job Security Lowest in Years, Fannie Says: Chart

The percentage of U.S. consumers who were concerned in February about losing their jobs over the next year fell to 12 percent, marking the lowest level since Fannie Mae’s monthly National Housing Survey started asking this question in March 2011. The net percentage of respondents who reported higher income than a year ago was 15 percent, just shy of the series high of 16 percent reached in July 2014.
