Backyard barbecues have been kind to Kraft Heinz, the food giant created last year in a merger orchestrated by 3G Capital and Warren Buffett. Oscar Mayer and Heinz have been the company’s fastest-growing brands over the past five years. But many of its other properties are struggling to adjust to consumers’ shifting tastes. Kraft Heinz’s portfolio of brands is seen as “too processed,” says Raphael Moreau, an analyst at Euromonitor International.
