Traders’ expectations for price swings in the pound against the euro over the next six months have jumped to the highest level since the currency bloc’s debt crisis. The measure is climbing as U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron meets with European Union leaders in Brussels to negotiate terms of Britain’s membership of the organization. If Cameron seals a deal, it may lead to a referendum on the U.K.’s place inside the EU by June.
