Matt Reid, who traded credit derivatives at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. in London, has left the bank, according to people familiar with the matter.

Reid traded indexes of credit-default swaps, said the people, who asked not to be identified because they’re not authorized to speak about it. He joined the U.S. lender in 2012 from BNP Paribas SA, where he also traded credit derivatives, the people said.

Goldman Sachs spokesman Sebastian Howell declined to comment on the departure.
