Spanish home sales jumped 11 percent in 2015 -- the biggest increase since the country’s housing bubble burst -- taking the total number of homes sold to 354,132. While the market for homes is improving, it’s still far off levels seen in 2007 when more than 775,000 houses were sold as Spaniards rushed to buy homes at the height of the country’s property boom.
