Worawi Makudi, a former FIFA official from Thailand, had his suspension from all soccer-related activity extended for 45 days by the ethics committee of the sport’s global governing body.
Makudi was handed a 90-day suspension on Oct. 7, and the extension takes effect as of Jan. 10, according to a statement on FIFA’s website on Saturday. FIFA didn’t give details on Makudi’s alleged ethics breach.
