Stephen Doughty became the second junior member of the U.K. opposition Labour Party’s team of spokespeople to quit its so-called shadow cabinet Wednesday amid a reshuffle by party leader Jeremy Corbyn.

Doughty, a Labour foreign-affairs spokesman, said he was quitting during BBC Television’s “Daily Politics” program, following a similar announcement by rail spokesman Jonathan Reynolds.
