Two nephews of the wife of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro were charged with conspiring to import drugs into the U.S.

Efrain Antonio Campo Flores and Franqui Francisco Flores de Freitas, relatives of first lady Cilia Flores, are accused of planning to send a shipment of cocaine to the U.S. via Honduras and participating in meetings in Venezuela in October to arrange for the drug’s delivery, according to an indictment unsealed Thursday.

They are to appear in federal court in Manhattan later Thursday.
