Fabius: Climate Accord Failure Would Boost Migrant Flows

Failure to reach an accord at a climate conference later this year would result in “not the hundreds of thousands of migrants we see now, but hundreds of millions,” French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said.

Climate disruption could become the most important factor setting off wars, Fabius told a meeting of French ambassadors in Paris.
