Nigerian Ethnic Clashes Kill 13 Birom People in Central Region

The Nigerian indigenous group Birom said 13 of its members were killed in an ambush by armed ethnic Fulani herdsman, according to spokesman Palm Audu.

A group of Birom people were traveling when the attack took place in the central village of Sho in Plateau state on Tuesday, said Audu. Police spokesman Abuh Emmanuel confirmed an attack happened, without giving further details.
