Euro-area sovereign debt is selling off today amid continued uncertainty over Greece's future.

This does not mean that the sell-off is confined to the euro area. 

The United Kingdom, which is facing an uncertain general election in a couple of days, has suffered something of a sovereign debt rout lately.

On Tuesday the U.K. 10-year sovereign yield reached its highest level so far this year.
