Tianli Mobile Chairman Qian Becomes a Billionaire on Stock Gain

Qian Yongyao, Beijing Tianli Mobile Service Integration Co.’s chairman, became a billionaire as the Chinese provider of mobile information services climbed to a record.

Qian, 49, owns 41 percent of the Beijing-based company and has a fortune valued at $1.1 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. The stock climbed by the 10 percent daily limit at the Shenzhen close to 201.48 yuan ($32.51), the highest since it went public in October.
