Aug. 5 (Bloomberg) -- CaixaBank SA, Spain’s third-biggest bank, is financing two power projects in Colombia.
One of the projects is a 19.5-megawatt wind farm on the Atlantic Coast in La Guajira, the Barcelona-based bank said in a statement on its website today. The other is a natural gas plant in Cundinamarca.
The projects will help offset the bank’s carbon dioxide emissions. CaixaBank didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
