BNP Paribas to Remain U.S. Investment Adviser After Guilty Plea
June 30 (Bloomberg) -- BNP Paribas SA, the French bank that pleaded guilty today to violating U.S. sanctions laws, won’t be prevented from serving as an investment adviser.
The bank won a temporary reprieve from a ban on serving as an investment adviser under an order issued today by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
