June 2 (Bloomberg) -- Archery Summit, a winery in Oregon’s Dundee Hills region, said it hired Tim Scott, formerly of neighboring Domaine Drouhin, to become Vineyard Manager and Eleni Papadakis of Domaine Serene to be Assistant Winemaker.
Scott and Papadakis will work with winemaker and general manager Chris Mazepink to expand its existing pinot noir red wine program, as well as developing its production of pinot gris white grapes and introducing chardonnay, Archery Summit said in a statement on PRNewswire.
Archery Summit has six estates spread across almost 120 acres (49 hectares) in the Willamette Valley area. Its 2012 Premier Cuvee Pinot Noir is listed on its website at a retail price of $49.
