May 6 (Bloomberg) -- Gamesa Corp. Tecnologica SA, Spain’s largest wind-turbine maker, agreed to provide equipment with 48 megawatts of capacity for a project in southeast China.
The 24 turbines will be delivered to Fujian Energy Group Co. beginning at the end of September, Zamudio, Spain-based Gamesa said today in a statement on its website. The wind farm is expected to be completed this year.
Terms weren’t disclosed.
Gamesa has installed more than 3.5 gigawatts of turbines in China since 2000, according to the statement.
