April 28 (Bloomberg) -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., the best-performing Chinese solar manufacturer in the past year, agreed to supply about 21 megawatts of panels to China Southern Power Grid Co. for rooftop systems in Guangdong Province.
Delivery is expected to begin next month, the Shangrao, China-based company said today in a statement. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Nan Xin Solar, a China Southern Power Grid unit, will own the distributed-generation systems.
JinkoSolar’s American depositary receipts, each worth four ordinary shares, have almost quadrupled over the past 12 months, the most on the 17-member Bloomberg Global Large Solar Index after Guelph, Ontario-based Canadian Solar Inc.
