April 22 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Geothermal Inc., the Boise, Idaho-based renewable-energy developer, acquired a planned project in northern California from Ram Power Corp.
U.S. Geothermal paid $6.4 million in cash for the Geysers project in Sonoma County, according to a statement today.
The deal includes Ram Power units that own five completed wells and geothermal leases for about 3,800 acres, as well as design plans and permits for the planned power project.
