March 28 (Bloomberg) -- Fintel Energia Group SpA, an Italian developer of clean-energy projects, received a loan from Erste Group Bank AG to build a wind farm in Serbia.
Fintel won a 12-year loan totaling 14.2 million euros ($19.5 million), it said in a statement. The developer will provide equity to cover 30 percent of the project costs.
The 9.9-megawatt wind farm will be built in Kula, northwest Serbia, and will provide enough energy for 7,700 homes once operational in December.
