March 7 (Bloomberg) -- Mizuho Bank Ltd. and partners will provide loans for a 111-megawatt solar power station being built in northern Japan by SoftBank Corp.’s clean energy unit and Mitsui & Co.
Mizuho, Development Bank of Japan Inc., and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. will serve as lead arrangers, the banks said in a statement today. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Nine other institutions will also finance the project, which is to be built on the northern island of Hokkaido and is scheduled to start running in the 2015 fiscal year.
