Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Juwi AG, a German clean-energy developer, will build and operate a 10-megawatt solar plant in Texas for regional utility El Paso Electric Co.
Construction of the Newman project in El Paso will start this summer and be completed in December, Juwi said today in an e-mailed statement. El Paso Electric will purchase the power generated for 30 years, Juwi said, without providing financial terms.
