Since 2008, AT&T and Verizon have added more pay TV subscribers than Comcast and Time Warner Cable have lost. The two companies with gains have higher customer-satisfaction scores than the two companies with subscriber losses. Comcast and Time Warner Cable announced a $45.2 billion merger on Feb 12th.
