Jan. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Marubeni Corp., a Japanese trading company, acquired a 90 percent stake in a Solano County, California, wind project from EDF Renewable Energy.
EDF, a unit of French utility Electricite de France SA, will hold the remaining 10 percent of the 102.5-megawatt Shiloh IV wind farm, Tokyo-based Marubeni said in a statement today. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
The wind farm became operational in December 2012, according to the statement.
