Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Amiad Water Systems Ltd., an Israeli water-filtration provider whose shares trade in London, said Viola P.E. Ventures Management (2008) Ltd. sold 3.5 million shares, or about 15.6 percent of Amiad’s issued share capital.
The shares were placed at 260 pence apiece with institutional shareholders in the U.K. and Europe, the Elyon-based company said today in a statement. Following the disposal, Viola retains a 3.9 percent interest.
Amiad Water, traded on London’s Alternative Investment Market, was founded more than a half-century ago at a kibbutz.
