Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. will supply 50 megawatts of wind turbines to the Mireasa project in the Romanian city of Constanta.
Urumqi, China-based Goldwind will deliver 20 turbines in total, it said today in an e-mailed statement. The first 2.5-megawatt turbine has been installed at the wind farm, which is to be operated by Monsson Alma Srl.
The project is scheduled to be connected to the grid by June, Goldwind said.
