Nov. 26 (Bloomberg) -- The Export-Import Bank of the U.S. will lend a unit of Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy SA $61.1 million to buy turbines from Gamesa Corp. Tecnologica SA for a wind farm in Costa Rica.

The equipment will be made at Gamesa’s plant in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, the Washington-based lender said today in a statement.

Globeleq Mesoamerica’s Inversiones Eolicas de Orosi Dos unit is developing the 50-megawatt Orosi wind farm in the northwestern province of Guanacaste, according to the statement.
