Nov. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Sound Global Ltd., a Chinese wastewater treatment company, set up a unit in China’s southeastern province of Fujian.
Fuqing Sound Water Co. was incorporated with registered capital of 72.1 million yuan ($11.8 million), according to a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange yesterday.
Beijing Sound Environmental Engineering Co. holds a 90 percent stake in the unit, while Beijing Epure International Water Co. has the remainder. Both companies are wholly owned by Sound Global.
