Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Vestas Wind Systems A/S, the Danish turbine maker that’s been unprofitable for two years, agreed to provide 51 megawatts of systems for a wind farm in Uruguay.
The 17 3-megawatt turbines will be delivered to Fingano SA in the second quarter of next year, according to a statement today on the website of Aarhus, Denmark-based Vestas, which will service the systems. Terms weren’t disclosed.
