Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- The LNG Imo is sailing to Tenerife in Spain’s Canary Islands after discharging a shipment of liquefied natural gas from Nigeria at Huelva, ship data show.
The vessel, with a capacity of about 148,000 cubic meters, is en route to Tenerife without a cargo, according to ship transmissions captured by IHS Fairplay on Bloomberg. It was scheduled to arrive Sept. 18.
Compania Transportista de Gas Canarias SA operates Tenerife’s LNG receiving terminal, according to its website.
