Brainard to Visit Beijing This Week, U.S. Treasury Says

June 26 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Treasury Undersecretary for International Affairs Lael Brainard will travel to Beijing today and tomorrow for meetings with Chinese officials, the department said in a statement released in Washington.

Brainard’s visit will help the nations prepare for the U.S.-China Strategic & Economic Dialogue, scheduled for the week of July 8 in Washington, according to the statement.
