Snowden’s U.S. Passport Revoked, According to U.S. Official

June 23 (Bloomberg) -- Former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden’s U.S. passport has been revoked, according to a U.S. official who spoke on condition of anonymity.

The former contractor who leaked secret documents on U.S. surveillance landed in Moscow today. He has requested asylum from Ecuador, according to a posting on Twitter by Ricardo Patino Aroca, Ecuador’s foreign minister.
