June 13 (Bloomberg) -- Serbia will invite bids for Telekom Srbija AD, the state-owned phone company, in September, Blic newspaper reported, citing a person it didn’t name.
The government will try to organize the sale of the entire stake, including almost 22 percent held by small shareholders. It expects proceeds of about 2 billion euros ($2.67 billion), according to the report. The Finance and Economy Ministry that would handle the sale had no immediate comment when contacted by Bloomberg by phone.
