James McAvoy -- who took on a bloodthirsty tyrant in “The Last King of Scotland” (2006) -- plays one himself in “Macbeth.” The critically acclaimed production has witches in gas helmets, a sleepwalking Lady Macbeth, and dollops of fake blood. The London Original Print Fair -- Europe’s longest-running printmaking event -- takes place this weekend at the Royal Academy.
