April 21 (Bloomberg) -- Egypt agreed to export 315 metric tons of cotton in the week ended April 18, according to the Alexandria Cotton Exporters Association.
The country has shipped 63,543 tons of the fiber, valued at $189.3 million, since Sept. 1, the association said today in its weekly bulletin. Exports in the past week included 65 tons of the Giza 88 variety, 150 tons of Giza 92 and 100 tons of Giza 86.
