Blanchard Refining Co. Reports Emissions at Galveston Bay Plant

April 21 (Bloomberg) -- Blanchard Refining Co. reported air emissions at its Galveston Bay plant in Texas City, according to a regulatory filing.

The emissions yesterday in the fluid catalystic cracking unit lasted from 1:24 p.m. to 3:48 p.m. local time, after a transformer rectifier tripped on an electrostatic precipitator, according to the filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
